2 3/4 c scalded milk
4 1/2 c grated cheese
4 1/2 T sugar
3 t salt
3 T butter
2 T yeast
1/4 c warm water
9 c flour
Melt cheese in hot milk, along with sugar, salt, and butter. When lukewarm, mix in yeast proofed in water. Proceed as usual for bread or rolls.
