2 c rolled oats (not instant)
1 c peanuts or toasted almonds
1/4 c sesame seeds
1/2 c toasted sunflower seeds
1/2 c coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 c raisins (or other dried fruit)
1/2 c dried fruit
scant 1/4 c oil
1/2 c honey
cashews
1. Mix oats, nuts, grains in large bowl.
2. Mix in oil, then honey. Pour out onto large roasting pan. Bake at 300 F for 30 min, turning every 10 minutes.
3. When finished, add raisins and fruit, stirring as it cools.
